Pros: -VERY EASY TO USE AND SETUP.
-A NICE BIG SCREEN WITH CRISP DETAILS WHEN LOOKING AT WEB PAGES.
-5 MEGA PIXEL CAMERA WITH FLASH, HIGH RESOLUTION PICTURES AND HD VIDEO.
-VERY GOOD SOUND CLARITY OVER PHONE CALLS.

Cons: -SOMETIMES IT CRASHES DURING WEB BROWSING (WHEN YOU PINCH TO ZOOM IN OR OUT).
-VERY SHORT BATTERY LIFE, I UNPLUG IT AT 8AM AND WITH MODERATE USE I HAVE TO RECHARGE IT BY 4PM.
-YOUTUBE APP DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK.
-NEEDS WAY MORE APPS AVAILABLE ON APPW.

Summary: OVERALL IT'S AN AWESOME SMARTPHONE, VERY COMPLETE AND EASY TO USE.
I'D GIVE AT 10 OUT OF 10 IF IT WASN'T FOR THE SPORADIC CRASHING AND SHORT BATTERY LIFE.
STILL I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. LOVE MY BLACKBERRY 9860.
CONGRATS TO ALL THE RIM PEOPLE, NICE WORK.

Does everything much better than my android did.

Pros: Phone works well, Love the email ease of use, use my gmail calendar synched to my phone calendar (and it works), youtube works well but it is still doesn't allow me to see all the videos, facebook connections, and ease of updating phone and programs.

Cons: No flash capability, I still have issues with hitting the wrong keys, I hate the wap web pages but this browser views better than on my Android, battery life (WIFI is always on), my bluetooth speaker phone required a manual sync to my contacts.

Summary: So far this is the best smartphone I have ever owned. I never owned an Iphone. I have owned several windows phones, an android phone, a Nokia N90S, and several just phones. This works better and has a better signal strength than everyone I have ever owned. Although WAP pages stink on all phones (They never seem to do the things you can do on the full site) you can usually view the full site unless they run flash on them. This is supposed to handle HTML 5. The BB Facebook App sends through every notice from everyone even though I have unsubscribed from game posts and some updates. Screen does show finger prints easily. Phone was in my jacket pocket and the back cover fell off and battery fell out the other day. Can have mp3s as a ringtone. Cannot run apps from the micro sd card or install them there. Can only archive apps there. This limits how many apps are installed on your phone. It doesn't tell me when my apps have updates unless I am always watching for updates I would never know. Only tells you when a BB app needs updating. No larger aftermarket battery and cover available yet.
