Pros: Fast video Card
Fast boot times
Plays HD videos like a breeze
JBL audio plays LOUD!
FULL keyboard
Great software preloaded.
Cons: Software that comes with laptop is borderline BLOATWARE.
Video card supports Optimus, A pain to keep it up to date.
Did I mention Optimus?!?
the JBL speakers Buzz at times when played too loud.
no support for 3d, but does support Wireless Display.
Summary: all in all this is a great laptop for the price, only get your drivers from the Lenovo website (That really only applies for the video drivers, both Nvidia and Intel). everything works great on my laptop and I must say that it has been through the ringer. it gets used every day and 9/10 I am holding my son during use, so the keys get some abuse. IE food on them. either way it is a good buy and you cannot go wrong.
Extremely Poor Customer Service

Pros: None...I never got to experience anything positive with this laptop after 2 months of ownership.
Cons: Rapiddrive never seemed to work, hard drive was faulty, CTRL key would often stick. The upgraded service support that I purchased was no help in diagnosing issue. Ultimately a technician was sent to my house to install a replacement hard drive and key b
Summary: I have spent a good portion of money and a great deal of personal time of the past 2 months trying to get this computer to work properly, all the while living without a home computer or the means to purchase another one. Throughout the entire process, the Lenove support team was useless and unsympathetic, and in fact likely caused most of the issues as I'm not even sure they properly diagnosed the root cause of the issue (could have been a false positive from the monitoring software and not actually a faulty hard drive). I accept that in today's world we cannot always expect six-sigma quality in our consumer product (don't like it, but accept it)...which is all the more reason that customer support must be capable of efficiently and effectively dealing with issues when they do, inevitably, arise. I will NEVER purchase a Lenovo product again.
I want to rate it higher but...

Pros: Great looking. Loads of features that I hadn't thought of, such as applications to extend battery life. With current promotions the computer appeared to be a great bargain. The SSD feature allows the computer to go from button push to fully booted in abou
Cons: Apparently Lenovo is very busy, and so after waiting 2 weeks for delivery, I had to ship back a computer with a sticking key. They had it 3 days before they started working on it, when they realized they didn't have the part at the repair depot. (Really?)
Summary: I'll try to stop whining. I bought this computer based on Lenovo's reputation, a long list of features, and sales to good to pass up. Once I receive the thing and have a chance to use it, I will post a review of how well it works, and my dealings with their customer service.
